Abstract:Before the cryogenic liquefaction of coal-bed methane, it is necessary to first remove the acid gas in the coal-bed methane such as CO2 in order to prevent the solidified CO2 from blocking up the pipeline. The chemical simulation software was used to simulate the process of CO2 removal from coal-bed methane by alkamine method, analysis was made on the influence of alkamine solution in different composition and proportion upon the CO2 removal effect, and a better absorber was found out. The research results showed that under the same regeneration load, the effect is the best after adding diethanolamine (DEA), its absorption ability to CO2 is superior to the tertiary amine ( MDEA) and its regeneration ability is stronger than that of ethanol amine ( MEA) .
