Development and Application of Integrated Gas-water-slag Separation and Gas-dust Capture Device

Abstract：High-concentration gas and dust generated in drilling operation in the coal mine will influence the safe production of the mine. In this paper, a method for gas-water-slag automatic separation was proposed and an integrated device of gas-water-slag separation was designed and manufactured according to the physical properties of dust, gas and water. Field test was made on the application effect of the integrated device of gas-water-slag separation, and the test results showed that this device can effectively reduce the gas and dust concentration in th working face.
