Research on Dust Suppression Technology for Concrete-spraying Machine

Abstract： To counter the problems such as the high feed opening of the concrete spraying machine,difficult dust control and removal in coal mines,a new technology that can reduce the feed height of the concrete spraying machine and effectively suppress the dust was put forward in this paper and experimental study was made on it. The results showed that the dust concentration was decreased to 3. 5 mg/m3 in 1 meter range when the feeding and dust control devices of the concrete spraying machine were in normal operation. This technology greatly reduced the labor intensity of workers and improved the working environment conditions of bolting and shotcrete operation.
