Image Processing Technique of Blasting Fragments and Its Optimization Control Model
Abstract：Based on image analysis techniques, the images of muckpilesbecome binary ones. The noise of binary ones is removed and the images are smoothed. The contours of targets in the images are extracted and filled up with different digits. The area and perimeters of the targets are calculated. By statistics, the sizes and percents of targets are inferred. By means of regression analysis, a blasting model to control sizes of fragments is established, and a new method of blasting optimization in mining is put forward.
