Abstract：mechanized Top－ coal Caving Face in Dongtan Mine－ Based on thereal conditions at the tailgate close to gob 4039 in the No. 4308 fully－ mechanized top－ coal caving face, the process of spontaneous combustion of loose coal is simulated numerically and the spontaneous combustion of loose coal is predicted.
