Influence of Particle Size of Raw Coal on Strength of Coal Briquette
Abstract：Theoretical analysis on suitable raw coal sizes for briquettesand experimental study on the relation between raw coal sizes and briquette strength have been carried out. Law of the suitable raw coal size resulting from the experiments is consistent with that resulting from theoretical analysis. The ratio of varied coal particles obtained from experiments is not completely consistent with that obtained from theoretical analysis because coal particles are not regular and their sizes are not identical. In production the ratio of suitable raw coal sizes for briquettes must be determined by experiments.
