On Differences Between Environmental and Economic Appraisements of Projects
Abstract：This paper gives a theoretical description of six similaritiesand five differences of two appraisement methods and the relation between two methods in order to improve the accuracy and reliability of environmental and economic appraisement for development projects, puts forward the problems needing attention when a project is appraised with the two methods and suggests that it is necessary to do economic appraisement comparison with several schemes after the completion of environmental impact appraisement.
