Abstract:The increasingly complex combat environment and mission requirements have placed greater physical and mental pressure on flight personnel, making psychological stress an important factor affecting flight safety and mission execution. Each stressor can trigger different physical and mental responses, and the particularity of individual flight personnel determines differences in the external manifestations, duration, and intensity of stress. Therefore, targeted intervention measures are very important. This paper summarizes the influencing factors of psychological stress in flight personnel, the timing of psychological intervention, and intervention measures, and proposes suggestions for future research directions.
