Abstract:Objective: To investigate the distribution of injury sites and types of training injuries among radar station troops, providing a reference basis for scientifically formulating prevention and control measures for training injuries. Methods: A field survey was conducted on 188 radar station troops who visited the hospital between April and May 2024, and the distribution of injury sites and types of training injuries was statistically analyzed. Results: The top three injury sites among radar station troops were the knee joint and lower leg (23.40% [44/188]), the lumbar and back region (15.96% [30/188]), and the ankle joint and foot (13.30% [25/188]). The top three types of injuries were ligament injuries (19.15% [36/188]), lumbar disc herniation (12.76% [24/188]), and muscle injuries (10.64% [20/188]). Conclusion: The incidence of injuries in the knee joint and lower leg, as well as the lumbar and back region, is relatively high among radar station troops, with most injuries being ligament injuries and lumbar disc herniation. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen training and guidance on lower limb stability and flexibility, as well as core training for the lumbar and back region.
