Abstract:Through reviewing the experience of the hospital's airborne mobile medical team participating in the full-army base training mission, this paper analyzes the quality and effectiveness of the training and the key points for the construction of the hospital's medical team. It systematically elaborates the criticality and necessity of base training in enhancing the health support capabilities of mobile health units. It also puts forward suggestions and opinions on the construction of the next stage of training bases. The gradual implementation of base training helps promote the level of realistic health support of mobile health units, standardize the treatment process of mobile health units, and push the training of mobile health units toward the goal of realism. However, due to the late start of the concept of air mobile station health support, there are still some problems that need to be solved. The air mobile station is a key link in air transport medical evacuation. Conducting base training for airborne mobile medical teams is a trend and direction for the future development of base health training in the Air Force. It is an important way to enhance the Air Force hospitals' ability to carry out realistic health support missions, strengthen the concept of training for war, and improve the standardized, systematized, and integrated health support capabilities of the Air Force health system through exercises and training.
