Abstract：With the rapid development of internet technology, its application in the medical and health field has become an irreversible trend. This study, from the perspective of internet technology, re-examines the traditional model of orthopedic continuation care, exploring a new model of orthopedic continuation care based on the internet, and deeply analyzing the great potential of this model in integrating social resources and improving service efficiency. The research shows that by skillfully utilizing internet technology, social resources can be effectively introduced into the healthcare system to improve the quality, satisfaction, and efficiency of nursing services. In addition, it is necessary to face the security issues and limitations in the scope of the audience that arise in the application of internet technology in orthopedic continuation care. These challenges provide clear directions for future research. Through in-depth study, it is hoped to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the widespread application of internet technology in the field of orthopedic continuation care.
