Research on 3D gyro wheel vestibular function evaluation and training technology

Abstract：Flight personnel often experience various accelerations during maneuver flights, which can lead to motion sickness and flight illusions, posing a serious threat to flight safety. Vestibular function training plays an important role in improving the stability of flight personnel's vestibular function and reducing the incidence of air sickness. Currently, there is an urgent need to develop new vestibular function training technologies to effectively improve training effectiveness. This paper reviews the development process of the three-dimensional wheel vestibular function training equipment, focusing on summarizing the research progress of three-dimensional wheel vestibular function evaluation and training methods, and proposes a recommended plan and application prospects for the use of three-dimensional wheel technology in the evaluation and training of flight personnel's vestibular function. The three-dimensional wheel vestibular function evaluation and training technology provides support for enhancing the anti-vertigo ability of future flight personnel.
