Expert advice on imaging diagnosis of facet joint injuries and risk assessment of flight safety among military aircrews

Abstract：On the basis of literature review,previous research and the experience gained from the medical identification expert group,we made an in-depth analysis of the major problems with imaging techniques,criteria for imaging diagnosis and evaluation of safety risks of facet joint injuries.Advice and expert consensus were offered in order to make medical identification more accurate and ensure safety for military pilots with facet joint injuries.
