Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical features of flying personnel with colorectal cancer and improve the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer. Methods The clinical and pathological data of 11 flying personnel with colorectal were retrospectively analyzed from January 2006 to November 2016. Results The most common symptoms were bloody stool, age 35-52 years, median age 44 years, median flight time 3000 hours, predilection sites mainly in the rectum, histological type of ulcerative adenocarcinoma, moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma is the most common pathological type. The time of flight is related to age, lymph node metastasis, tumor size and histological type. The degree of differentiation is related to nerve invasion. Lymph node metastasis is related to tumor thrombus, and tumor size is related to tumor site. Conclusion The diagnosis of colorectal cancer staging of flight personnel was late, the early warning of early clinical symptoms of colorectal cancer and the high risk factors for age and flight time must be strengthened, early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment, improve survival rate.
