Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of Fluvastatin sodium extended release tablets and rosuvastatin on hemorheology, carotid plaque, inflammatory factor and circulating endothelial cells in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS).Methods 60 patients with acute coronary syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups according to random number table. Fluvastatin sodium extended release tablets group (30 cases) and rosuvastatin group (30 cases), and Fluvastatin sodium extended release tablets were given oral rosuvastatin treatment for 3 months, observed before and after treatment of carotid plaque, serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high sensitive C reactive protein (hs-CRP), secretory phospholipase A2 (sPLA2), interleukin -6 (IL-6) and circulating endothelial cells in peripheral blood (CECs) changes, and the short form health survey scale (SF-36) assessment of the quality of life of the 2 groups before and after treatmen. Results Fluvastatin sodium extended release tablets group and rosuvastatin group TC, TG, and LDL-C compared with those before treatment were decreased significantly (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment (P>0.05). Fluvastatin sodium extended release tablets group after the treatment of carotid plaque size, thickness, number and carotid intima-media thickness (IMT) and the group before treatment were decreased significantly (P<0.05); Rui Shu cutting numerical treatment group of carotid artery plaque size, IMT than before treatment were improved, a statistically significant difference (P<0.05); 2 groups had no statistical significance in treatment of carotid artery plaque size, IMT value difference (P>0.05), but Fluvastatin sodium extended release tablets group after the treatment of carotid plaque thickness, the number is lower than the rosuvastatin group (P<0.05). The effective rate of fluvastatin sodium tablets group was 76.7%, the effective rate of rosuvastatin group was 63.3%, There was no significant difference between the 2 groups (P>0.05). 2 groups after treatment compared with the group before treatment, hs-CRP, sPLA2, IL-6 and CECs had significant difference (P<0.05), fluvastatin sodium tablets group after treatment was lower than the rosuvastatin group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the 2 groups before treatment (P>0.05). The scores of SF-36 were not significantly different between the 2 groups after treatment (SF-36) (P>0.05).Conclusion Fluvastatin sodium extended release tablets can reduce the level of blood lipid in patients with acute coronary syndrome, improve the carotid plaque, reduce inflammation, reduce the number of circulating endothelial cells.
