Study on improved determination method for sulfur and zinc sulfate in compound sulfur lotion

Abstract：Objective To revise the method for content determination of sulfur and zinc sulfate. Methods The content of sulfur and zinc sulfate were determined by titrimetric method. Results The recovery rate were 100.45%、99.02%、99.99%, RSD is 0.81%, and 98.82%、102.51%、101.65%,RSD is 1.76%,precision,reproducibility and stability of sulfur and zinc sulfate were consistent with the request. Conclusion The titrating termination was sensitive and easy to be observed for quality control of this preparation.
