Training modes of aviation medicine talents

Abstract：The cultivation of aviation medical professionals is directly related to the level of aviation medical support in China, and plays an important role in promoting the health of flight personnel and improving combat effectiveness. With the current situation in mind, we elaborated the priorities of medical support related to aviation medicine and described in detail the current situation of related talent training in order to highlight the need to have the existing problems addressed. With reference to foreign training modes of aviation medical personnel, we have made recommendations for the reform of training modes of professionals of aviation medicine in China.
