Abstract:Objective To find out about the influence of psychological energy storage training of military pilots on their mental abilities at peace time by investigating the mental state of military pilots during major military operations (MMOs).Methods Smart Feedback Music Relax Cure System was adopted to perform feedback training on military pilots, and the finger pulse sensor was used to capture biological signals of military pilots to compare the training results before, during and after MMOs with those at peace-time, and compare the results during and after MMOs with those before these operations. Symptoms checklist 90(SCL-90)was also used to compare these results. Results The pulse and psychological pressure values before, during and after performing MMOs were much higher than at peace time, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05,P<0.01), but the values during and after MMOs were significantly different from those before these operations (P>0.05). SCL-90 factor values before, during and after MMOs were not significantly different from those at peace time, except the interpersonal relationship sensitive factor values during MMOs and the somatization factor values after MMOs (P<0.05).Conclusion The stress ability and combative power of military pilots can be effectively enhanced by improving positive guidance, psychological cognitive education (including motivation), targeted representation training, breathing training, intention and relaxation training, and psychological energy storage training at peace time.
