Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the factors correlated with vaginal micro-ecological balance disorders among outpatients in the Department of Gynecology.MethodsVaginal secretions were checked up in 324 outpatients between July 2015 and December 2015. The relevatn data were analyzed by Logistic Regression. Results Logistic regression analysis showed that factors related to bacterial vaginosis inlcuded age, frequency of sex, frequency of changing underwear, material of underwear, and frequency of vagina washing. However, according to multi-factor Logistic regression analysis, frequency of vagina washing and frequency of sex were significantly correlated with vaginitis. Single-factor Logistic regression analysis showed that vulvovaginal candidiasis was associated with sexual life, use of protective pads during non-menstruation, material of underwear, frequency of vagina washing. However, there was statistically significant difference in frequency of vagina washing and sexual life according tomulti-factor Logistic regression analysis.ConclusionStrengthening related education and developing good health habits can effectively reduce the occurrence of vaginitis.
