Abstract:[Adstract] Objective To explore the effect of different altitudes on blood pressure. Method 25 healthy subjects were recruited, whose systolic and diastolic pressures were measured in a modified sanitary plane at altitudes of 1 000, 4 000 and 6 900 m, respectively. Results Along with the increase of the altitude of the plane, systolic and diastolic blood pressures both decreased. At the same altitude, the changes in gender and age were related to blood pressure. Conclusion With the increase of altitude, the systolic and diastolic blood pressures both decreased. The flying height should be paid attention to when a sanitary plane is used to carry patients.
