Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical value of 64 layer CT combined with serum HCY level in the diagnosis of lower extremity arterial occlusive disease.MethodFrom May 2012 to June 2014, 130 cases of patients with lower extremity arterial occlusive disease who accepted treatment in our hospital were collected, and 64 layer CT examination, serum HCY test and combined test were performed respectively. Clinical diagnostic differences were observed.ResultThe combined diagnostic sensitivity, negative predictive value, positive likelihood ratio, and negative likelihood ratio were higher than those of 64 layer CT and HCY test, and the diagnostic rate was lower than that of the two. Respectively, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion64 layer CT combined with serum HCY level detection in the diagnosis of lower extremity arterial occlusive disease has good clinical diagnostic value.
