Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the expression and clinical significance of MTSS1 and Gli1 protein in endometrial adenocarcinoma.Methods36 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma were selected as research group and 36 cases endometrial tissue samples with uterine leiomyoma was selected as control group. These cases were all admitted in the department of obstetrics and gynecology of our hospital from May 2010 to July 2015. Immunohistochemistry was used to test the expression of MTSS1 and Gli1 protein in the two groups.ResultsThe MTSS1 protein expression rate in the study group was significantly lower than the control group with uterine leiomyoma endometrial tissue (P<0.05),but the Gli1 protein expression rate in the study group was significantly higher(P<0.05).ConclusionThe low expression rate of MTSS1 protein and the high expression rate of Gli1 in endometrial adenocarcinoma are related to the development of endometrial cancer diseases. Testing the MTSS1 and Gli1 protein may provide a reference for clinical prevention and diagnosis of endometrial adenocarcinoma.
