Clinical data about different types of disease, different age groups and the medical assessment were collected. Results ①The first three diseases were headache, syncope and cerebral vascular disease;②The age of pilots with nervous disease fell to age in 36~40.③Most of the patients with syncope were fighter pilots and helicopter pilots. There was no significant difference between the different type of aircraft in other diseases. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the recognition of nervous disease.
