The curative effect analysis and mechanics measurement of the thrusting manipulation and mobilization
Abstract：Objective To study and compare the clinical effect and the mechanical properties of the thrusting manipulation and mobilization through the stress analysis system.Methods The patients with lumbar disc protrusion were divided into the thrusting manipulation group(group A, 73 cases)and mobilization group(group B, 71 cases). Quantitative analysis with mechanical properties of the manipulation by pressure sensor in doctor's thumb was applied, compared with the clinical effect.Results The mechanical characteristics of the 2 manipulations were significantly different, but their clinical effects were not different.Conclusion The mechanical sensing device can quantify the mechanics characteristic of spinal joint manipulation, and the mechanics curve of the spinal joints manipulation can provide a basic method of quantitative data.
