Abstract:ObjectiveTo compare the effect of discontinuous with continuous intravenous injection of cisatracurium to patients.MethodsFrom August 2012 to August 2014 in our hospital during anesthesia 98 patients of abdominal surgery were selected as the research subjects, and were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 49 cases in each group. Control group were discontinuous intravenous injection of cisatracurium, while continuous intravenous injection went for observation group. Two groups of patients were compared with medication and muscle relaxation. Results ①The blood transfusion volume, urine volume, fluid volume and the operation time of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);②Index of two groups of patients with muscle relaxation were different (P>0.05), but the observation group of patients with muscle relaxation recovery time was significantly shorter than the control group (P<0.05);③The total effective rate of anesthesia in the observation group (91.84%) was significantly higher than in the control group (71.43%,P<0.05).The two groups of patients before and after the application of muscle relaxation drug were not found with obvious skin rash, bronchial spasm and other adwerse reactions.ConclusionUsing continuous intravenous injection of cisatracurium can shorten patients' recovery time of muscle relaxation, and the anesthesia effect is good, with high value of clinical application and popularization.
