Efficacy of psychological health management in screening and management of chronic diseases in general physical examination

Abstract：Objective To investigate the efficacy of psychological health management in screening and management of chronic diseases in physical examination.MethodsRuling out the related factors of 231 cases with chronic diseases from the physical examination, 201 cases were chosen to do the psychological health management. The post examination physical examination report and psychological evaluation report were mainly used to answer questions and evaluate the efficacy of mental health guidance.ResultsAfter participating in the mental health management, 83.58% of thepatients had better subjective feelings; 67.67% of the patients had improved the mental health level;79.10% of the patients reduced disease recurrence times, 90.55% of the patients’results of physical examination turned for the better;73.13% of the patients would continue to participate in the management of mental health.ConclusionPsychological and social factors play a relatively important role in the occurrence, development, treatment and prognosis of psychosomatic diseases. Psychological health management is an integral part of the management of chronic diseases, which has a promoting effect on disease recovery.
