Research on training objectives of lfight nurses in China

Abstract：ObjectiveTo discuss training objectives needed for flight nurses and provide a theoretical basis for the selection and training of flight nurses.MethodsTwo rounds Delphi expert advice among 15 experts in different areas were consulted with expert consultation questionnaire form, literature analysis, and expert interviews.ResultsOverall and specific goals and objectives of the flight nurse training were constructed, among which three-level indicators and 22 secondary indicators were established. Expert consultation response rate was 100%. Experts on one and two indicators of authority coefficients were above 0.87. All coefficients of two rounds expert advice were statistically significant from Kendall coordination (all P less than 0.01).ConclusionsHigh degree of enthusiasm and authoritativeness of experts were achieved, with fine expert advice coordination. Training objectives formed was reasonable and workable.
