Abstract:Objective We planned to establish an effective early warning mechanism for training injury. Methods We designed questionnaires including such items as body weight, body quality, flight duration, pre training preparation activities, training injury prevention awareness, the parts and types of injury, injury related subjects. 9% pilots had no idea about injury prevention and treatment knowledge. The survey subjects were pilots between 20 to 40 years for whom 200 questionnaires forms were given out and taken back. Results Of the 196 pilots, 23 suffered from training injury and incidence was 8.6%. During the process of training 11.79% pilots had no knowledge about injury prevention consciousness. Injury incidence mostly happened to sprained ankle injury and waist injury, accounting for 39.1% and 21.7%; the obstacle training topped the most occurrence injury accounting, for 25.6%. The highest incidence happened among the pilots with less than one flight year, accounting for 39.1%; 9.7% of the pilots did not master the methods of prevention and the injury treatment. Factors of causing training injury prevention involved in commanders’weak training injury awareness and the pilots’psychology also played an influential part in training injury. The establishment of early warning mechanism is to strengthen health education including prevention and treatment knowledge, psychological adjustment, formulate a scientific training plan, personal protective equipment. Conclusion The establishment of early warning mechanism can effectively prevent the training injury.
