Abstract:Objective To evaluate the current blood sugar, blood pressure, blood lipid control of the Beijing Air Force garrison troops cadres with type 2 diabetes. Methods Randomly selected 486 patients diagnosed as type 2 diabetes as the objects of the investigation. With reference to the Chinese Type 2 Diabetes Prevention Guide in 2010, we evaluated the level of control of their blood sugar, blood pressure and blood lipids. Results The ratio of glycated hemoglobin ideal control, good control and poor control were 52.7%,12.5% and 34.8% respectively. The ratio of ideal control of blood pressure and low-density lipoprotein were 53.8% and 32.5%. Conclusions The diabetic control level of the Air Force garrison troops cadres is better than or not worse than the overall domestic level, foreign level and diabetes control level in Beijing. It prompts that the Air Force layered security health system shows an obvious advantage on the control of type 2 diabetes, but we need to strengthen the individual management for patients.
