Abstract：Objective Psychological factors on the effect of doctor-nurse cooperation should be paid attention to and medical work quality should be improved. Methods Fine doctor-nurse cooperation can be achieved by occupation quality training, medical psychology skills training, communication skills training and medical team interaction training.Results A new working relationship model will be established, which is interpreted as exchange-cooperation-complementary-supervision. Respecting, understanding and supporting each other should also be set up in the process of medical activities. Conclusion According to the responsibility of labor division, the important task of good maintenance of human health can be accomplished on the condition that the influence of psychological factors on medical cooperation is taken seriously and medical work quality is improved.
