Psychological nursing clinical significance in flight hypertension patient rehabilitation

Abstract： Objective Based on flight implement effective psychological nursing patients with hypertension, the flight was made to improve awareness of hypertension, so as to improve the therapeutic effect of flight hypertension. Methods 40 Flight hypertension patients were recruited into study,and they were divided into two groups: in the routine oral antihypertensive drugs(control group), at the same time, effective psychological nursing was given(experimental group). In 3rd, 5th, 7th, 14th day after admission and past discharge after 2nd week, 4th week from 8:00 am when blood pressure monitored and recorded. Comparing blood pressure in two groups to monitor data at the same point in time, psychological nursing on flight hypertension rehabilitation clinical significance was evaluated. Results Experimental group admission day 7 and day 14 and the past discharge after the second week and the fourth week blood pressure control was better than the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Psychological nursing in flight hypertension patient rehabilitation therapy had important clinical significance, being worth the clinical promotion.
