60 cases pilots with spinal origin of coronary heart disease by manipulative therapy combined with the hot herb of observation and nursing

Abstract: Objective We intended to discuss the effectiveness of the treatment and nursing care which combined the manipulative therapy with the hot herb for the patients with spinal origin of coronary heart disease. Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with spinal origin of coronary heart disease were collected and the patients were randomly divided into the experimental group (n=30) and the control group (n=30). The patients in the experimental group received the treatment and care of the combination of the manipulative therapy with the hot herb. The patients in the control group received the cardiovascular drugs therapy. The symptoms and signs of chest tightness, precordial pain, palpitations, neck and back pain in two groups were observed and compared. Results There was significant difference in the improvements of the symptoms of the signs of chest tightness, precordial pain, palpitations, neck and back pain among the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The manipulative therapy combined with the hot herb was effective in therapeutic option for the patients with spinal origin of coronary heart disease. It was of great help to improve the patients’life qualities, to release their anxieties and to promote their rehabilitations.
