Abstract： Objective It was realized to electronically and normatively manage the flight crews clinic biobank. Methods The construction of management information system for the flight crews clinic biobank was studied in the view of top-level design. The requirement of main functions, construction principles, software architecture and system composition was analyzed. The detailed project was discussed. Results According to the actual requirement, a systemic, normative, scientific and efficient management information system was constructed. Conclusion The paper was supposed to present instruction and reference value for the construction of similar biobanks.
