The observation of special types of islet cell tumor and control study of immunohistochemical
Abstract：Objective The relationship of different types of neuroendocrine granules and clinical symptoms were studied by observed of special types of islet cell tumor. Method Immunohistochemical(IHC)，transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and imaging analysis were used. Result IHC: CgA(+), Syn(+), isulin(-),glucagon(-), gastrin（-），pancreatic polyhexose（-），somatostatin （-），and pancreatic polypeptide （-）;Two granules were observed by TEM,one kind of granule was more than 300 nm and low dansity, another kind was 150～170 nm and had compact cores. Conclusion The diameters of neuroendocrin granules are related with clinical symptoms,unfunctional islet cell tumor is most malignant, the functions may be appeared when the diameter of tumor >5 cm ;Imaging analysis system has the significance in differentiating between shapes and functions.
