Application of grafting vessels for coronary artery bypass grafting
Abstract:Objective To review the experience of obtaining and maintaining grafting vessels correctly in order to prevent grafting vessels from occlusion and assure the success for myocardial revascularization. Methods To obtain grafting vessels by the method of “no touch”, active anticoagulant therapy and maintaining normal level of blood pressure and glucose after operation. Results Stable postoperative hemodynamic parameters and myocardial functional improvement without perioperative myocardial infarction and pectoris angina occurred in 7 patients with coronary heart disease. Conclusion Manipulating carefully and gently by the method of “no touch”and active anticoagulant therapy play a important role in the prevention of grafting vessels from occlusion and the success of coronary artery bypass grafting.
