Analysis of relative factors that influence the prognosis of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage rupturing into ventri cles of the brain
Abstract:Purpose Analysis of the factors that influence t he prognosis ofpatients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage rupturing into ve ntricles of the brain has been done. MethordThe association be tween the clinical mani festation ,cranial CT,therapeutic methord and the prognosis for 104 cases with h ypentensive cerebral hemorrhage rupturing into ventricule of the brain was analy sized, contrasted, and medical-statistically managed. Results All of these factors, age blood pressure, conciousness, amount of bleeding, ble eding site, the range and degree of rupturing into ventricles of the brain, and me dicine and surgical treatment.are associated with the patients' prognosis, who ar e subjected to hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage rupturing into ventricles of the brain. The patients with high age, severe hypertension, coma,a large amount of b leeding, rupturing into whole ventricles of the brain and ventricular casting hav e unfauorable prognosis. Conclusions Early craniotomy to clea r out hematoma or/and ventricular drainage for appropriate patients can improve significantly the progrosis.
