Expression of Nos mRNA in rats penile tissue and effect of aging
Abstract：Objective To explore the quantitative of NosmRNA in rats of threeage(2.8.10 months) penile tissue. Methods NosmRN A in rat of three age(2.8.10 months) penile tissue have been detected by quarcti tative PCR.Results Nosm RNA in Penile tissue of older rats was marleedly deereased as compared with that in yonger rats. Conclusion The lower expression level of Nosm RNA in Penile tissue might be relevant to the age-dependent impotence.
