Abstract：The shelter as a kind of optimum seeking carrier of a lot of military equipments is widely used inthe military command automation system. In order to improve the performance and the technical advanceof command automation system, it is very necessary to select the civil electronic equipments which perfor-mance is optimal. In accordance with the structural characteristics of civil electronic equipments, theshortcomings are analyzed and the appropriate measures are put forward so as to meet the needs of thetransportability of the military equipments.
