Abstract:Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of oliceridine versus sufentanil for postoperative analgesia following laparoscopic hysterectomy. Methods The clinical data of 60 patients who underwent laparoscopic hysterectomy at Dongguan Songshan Lake Central Hospital Affiliated to Guangdong Medical University from February 2024 to December 2024 were included. The patients were randomly divided into the experimental group(O group)and the control group(C group)using a random drawing method. The O group received postoperative analgesia with oxilezide, while the C group received traditional sufentanil postoperative analgesia. The analgesic conditions 24 hours after the operation were studied. The analgesic effects, the dosage of analgesic drugs, and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were compared. Results Postoperative analgesic efficacy was comparable between the two groups, with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).No statistically significant difference was found in the mean number of PCA presses between the two patient groups(P>0.05).The incidence of nausea and vomiting was 10.00%in the O group, significantly lower than the 36.67%in the C group(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the occurrence of other adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Oliceridine provides comparable analgesic efficacy to sufentanil for postoperative analgesia following gynecological laparoscopic hysterectomy, with a lower incidence of nausea and vomiting.
