Clinical Efficacy Analysis of Yishenhuashi Granule Combined with ARB Drug in the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

Abstract：Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of Yishenhuashi Granule in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods The clinical data of 124 patients with diabetic nephropathy from July 2021 to December 2021 were included.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was treated with Yishenhuashi Granule combined with ARB drug and the control group was treated with placebo and ARB drug.The study lasted for 6 months.The relevant clinical indicators,treatment efficacy and adverse reactions between the two groups of patients were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in serum albumin,creatinine,urea,glycated hemoglobin,24-hour urine protein quantification and urine microalbumin between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the total effective rate was 68.55％.The effective rate of the observation group was 77.42％,which was better than that of the control group(59.68％)(P＜0.05).The observation group showed a more significant increase in serum albumin(P＜0.05),and a more significant decrease in 24-hour urine protein quantification and urine microalbumin levels(P＜0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion Yishenhuashi Granule combined with ARB drugs can effectively reduce the urinary protein of patients with diabetic nephropathy and improve the level of serum albumin with high safety and little impact on renal function.It is a preferable choice for patients with diabetic nephropathy.
