Abstract:Objective To investigate the characteristics of ultrasound signs in patients with viral myocarditis(VMC)and the correlation between left ventricular function parameters and serum amyloid A(SAA),creatine kinase-MB(CK-MB),cardiac troponin Ⅰ(cTnⅠ)levels. Methods 80 patients with VMC admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the observation group, and 80 healthy subjects were randomly selected as the control group. Two groups of subjects were examined by echocardiography and serum SAA,CK-MB and cTnⅠ levels at the time of admission or admission. The differences of each parameter between the two groups were compared, and the correlation between left ventricular function parameters and serum SAA,CK-MB and cTnⅠ levels in VMC patients was analyzed. Results The ultrasonic signs of the observation group were mainly arrhythmia, abnormal ventricular wall motion, abnormal myocardial echo, and ventricular wall thickening, and the proportion was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular fractional shortening(LVFS)and the ratio of early diastolic peak velocity(E peak)to late diastolic peak velocity(A peak)(E/A)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum SAA,CK-MB and cTnⅠ in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The left ventricular function parameters LVEF,LVFS and E/A in VMC patients were negatively correlated with serum SAA,CK-MB and cTnⅠ levels(P<0.05).Conclusion Characteristics of ultrasound signs, left ventricular function parameters and serum SAA,CK-MB and cTnⅠ levels have certain differential diagnostic value for VMC patients, and left ventricular function parameters LVEF,LVFS and E/A values are correlated with serum SAA,CK-MB and cTnⅠ levels, which can can reflect the inflammatory progression of VMC patients and the degree of muscle damage to a certain extent, and provide a scientific reference for clinical evaluation of the condition of VMC patients.
