Abstract:Objective To detect the expression of miR-613 and Kruppel-like factor 6(KLF6)in endometrioid carcinoma with the aim of exploring their correlation and clinical significance. Methods A total of 52 patients with endometrioid carcinoma who underwent surgical treatment were selected as the observation group, and 52 cases of endometrial tissue obtained after total hysterectomy due to uterine fibroids were retained as the control group. The expression of miR-613 in postoperative tissues was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR,and the expression of KLF6 was detected by immunohistochemistry.Pearson correlation analysis and K-M survival analysis were used for analysis. Results The expression level of miR-613 in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the positive rate of KLF6 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Meanwhile, the results showed that the expressions of miR-613 and KLF6 in the observation group were closely related to the depth of the tumor myometria of the study subjects, the results of the pathological grade of the patients and the degree of cervical canal involvement of the patients. In the observation group,miR-613 and KLF6 showed a negative correlation, and their expression was correlated with postoperative survival time. Conclusion In endometrioid carcinoma, both miR-613 and KLF6 are abnormally expressed and negatively correlated.Joint detection of the expression of miR-613 and KLF6 may have certain value in judging the prognosis of tumors.
