Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of interaction between monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1)gene polymorphism and reproductive history on the pathogenesis of ovarian cancer, and providing evidence-based support for the prevention and treatment of ovarian cancer. Methods From October 2021 to October 2023 in Huangshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,134 patients with ovarian cancer(ovarian cancer group)and 100 healthy people(control group)were selected to compare the baseline data and MCP-1 2518G/A gene polymorphism of the two groups.Logistic regression equation was used to analyze the related factors of ovarian cancer, and the distribution of fertility history of patients with different genotypes and alleles of MCP-12518G/A in ovarian cancer group was compared.Through hierarchical analysis, compare whether the combined effect of two independent correlation factors is greater than the sum of effects of a single correlation factor.Relative excess risk of interaction(RERI),attributable proportion(AP),synergy index(S)were used in the analysis. Results The proportion of patients with family history of ovarian cancer(9.70%)and no fertility history(20.15%)in ovarian cancer group was higher than that in control group(3.00%and 10.00%)(P<0.05);the proportion of AA genotype(23.83%)and A allele(49.63%)in MCP-1 2518G/A genotype in ovarian cancer group was higher than that in control group(4.00%and 27.50%)(P<0.05);family history of ovarian cancer,no reproductive history and MCP-1 2518G/A genotype AA were independent risk factors for ovarian cancer(P<0.05);in ovarian cancer group, the proportion of MCP-1 2518G/A genotype AA(51.85%)and allele A(64.81%)were higher than those with fertility history(16.82%and 45.79%)(P<0.05);the interaction between MCP-1 2518G/A gene polymorphism and reproductive history increased the incidence of ovarian cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion MCP-1 gene polymorphism and reproductive history are the influencing factors of ovarian cancer, and there is interaction between the two factors, and the coexistence of the two factors can increase the risk of ovarian cancer.
