Analysis of the Efficacy of Polyene Phosphatidylcholine Combined with Simegallutide in Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

Abstract：Objective To explore the curative effect of polyene phosphatidylcholine combined with semaglutide on patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods A total of 62 patients with NAFLD admitted to the hospital were enrolled as the research objects between January 2020 and June 2023.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group(31 cases,polyene phosphatidylcholine)and study group(31 cases,polyene phosphatidylcholine+semaglutide).All patients were treated for 4 weeks.The curative effect,liver function indexes[alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),total bilirubin(TBIL)],blood lipid indexes[triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)]and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was 93.55％higher than that of the control group(74.19％)(P＜0.05);ALT,AST and TBIL levels in 2 groups were lower than before treatment,and the ALT,AST and TBIL levels in study group was lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05);TG,TC and LDL-C in two groups were lower than before,HDL-C was higher than before,and the improvement of blood lipid level in the study group was better than that in the control group(P＜0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with polyene phosphatidylcholine alone,curative effect of polyene phosphatidylcholine combined with semaglutide is better on NAFLD patients,which can improve liver function and blood lipid level.
