Abstract:Objective To analyze the application of the theoretical model of injury control in the emergency care of patients with acute ischemic stroke(CIS).Methods A total of 150 ischemic stroke patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from August 2021 to March 2023 were enrolled.Seventy-five emergency care patients who did not receive the theo-retical model of injury control were set as the control group.Seventy-five patients in emergency care who received the theoretical model of injury control were set up as observation groups. The NIH stroke scale(NIHSS)was statistically analyzed, and Cronbach'α coeffi-cient was 0.920,glasgow coma scale(GCS),Cronbach'α coefficient was 0.769,(barthel index,BI),Cronbach'α coefficient was 0.885,mini-mental state examination(MMSE),Cronbach'α coefficient was 0.854,treatment effect, complications, quality of life score, and satisfaction score. Results After nursing, the observation group had obvious advantages in the score of stroke scale,Glasgow coma score, daily activity ability score and mini-mental status examination score;the time of diagnosis and treatment was shorter in observation group;complications were lower in the observation group;in terms of quality of life score, the observation group was significantly higher;the satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of emergen-cy nursing in improving NIHSS and GCS is obvious, and it can reduce the occurrence of complications and improve the quality of life, which is worthy of active adoption.
