A Casereport of Pelvic Epithelioid Hemangioendothelioma

Abstract：In order to investigate the clinicopathologic characteristics and treatment of epithelioid hemangioendothelioma,a case of pelvic epithelioid hemangioendothelioma diagnosed by pathology in our hospital was retrospectively analyzed based on literature.The etiology of the disease is unclear,and there is no obvious specificity in clinical and imaging manifestations.Pathological epithelioid tumor cells form adhesive short cords,and most of the tumor interstitial fibrosis.Immunohistochemical staining shows that the tumor cells are positive for vascular endothelial cell markers CD31 and CD34 and lymphatic endothelial cell markers D2-40.The disease o-riginates from blood vessels.Currently,it is believed that vascular targeting drugs such as bevacizumab have a good effect on the dis-ease.To improve the understanding of EHE is helpful for early diagnosis,treatment and prognosis.
