Abstract:Objective To understand the species of bacteria in the river water in Jinshan District of Shanghai, and to provide the basis for the prevention and control of water-borne diseases. Methods Water samples were collected from 18 major rivers in Jinshan District of Shanghai during dry season and wet season, and microorganisms in the water were detected by isolation and culture method. The virulence factors and drug resistance genes of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were detected by high-throughput sequencing technology. Results Gram-negative bacteria were mainly detected in various rivers in Jinshan District, accounting for89.52%,including aero-monas sobria(AS)(18.55%)and aeromonas caviae(AC)(14.52%).There were great differences in molecular typing among Vibrio parahaemolyticus(VP),and no virulence genes of tlh,tdh and trh were detected in the isolated strains. Conclusion There are many kinds of bacteria in the river water of Jinshan District in Shanghai, most of which are composed of the bottom of the natural environment, and some of which are mainly from surface soil, domestic sewage and industrial and agricultural sewage, indicating that the overall treatment of river water environment in Jinshan area is better. At the same time, the monitoring of microorganisms in river water should be strengthened to prevent the outbreak of infectious diseases.
