Abstract:Objective To observe the significance of early detection of red blood Cell distribution width(RDW),adenosine de-aminase(ADA)and complement levels in peripheral blood of patients with autoimmune liver disease. Methods The clinical data of 150 patients with autoimmune liver disease admitted to Anyang District Hospital of Puyang City from October 2019 to October 2022 were retrospectively analyzed, and they were classified into the observation group, and another 150 healthy people during the same period were collected and classified into the control group. The difference of RDW,ADA and complement levels in early peripheral blood be-tween the two groups was compared, and the correlation between early peripheral blood RDW,ADA and complement levels and the occurrence of autoimmune liver disease was analyzed. The diagnostic efficacy of early peripheral blood RDW,ADA and complement levels in autoimmune liver disease was analyzed by ROC curve. Results The differences of RDW,ADA and complement levels in early peripheral blood of the two groups were compared, and the levels of RDW,ADA and complement in early peripheral blood of the patients and in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).RDW,ADA and complement levels in early peripheral blood were positively correlated with the occurrence of autoimmune liver disease(P<0.05).RDW,ADA and ADA complement levels in early peripheral blood were significantly higher than reference lines(P<0.05),and their cut off values were 16.61%,25.10 U/L and 59.91%,respectively.Conclusion The levels of RDW,ADA and complement in peripheral blood of patients with autoimmune liver disease are significantly higher than those of normal people.Early detection of RDW,ADA and comple-ment levels in peripheral blood is helpful to prevent the occurrence of autoimmune liver disease in advance, and has high clinical de-tection value.
