Abstract:Objective To observe the efficacy of HD liver disease treatment instrument in the treatment of metabolic syndrome(MetS)combined with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods 93 patients with MetS combined with NAFLD who were treated at the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to June 2022 were included as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group,a medication group, and a treatment instrument group, with 31 patients in each group. All patients received routine treatment such as improving their lifestyle habits. On this basis, the medication group was given 70 mg of silybin capsules orally three times a day;the treatment instrument group was given 70 mg of Silybin capsules orally three times a day,and the HD liver disease treatment instrument was used twice a day for 30 minutes, with treatment lasting 5~7 days per week. The treatment time of the control group, the medication group, and the treatment instrument group were all contin-uous for 4 weeks. The levels of ALT,AST,GGT,TC,TG,HDL-C,FBG,PBG-2h,HbA1c,INS,HOMA-IR index, and UA before and after treatment in each group were compared. Results The liver function, blood lipids, blood glucose, and uric acid re-lated indicators among each group were compared before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the levels of various indicators in each group decreased compared to before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of indicators in the medication group and the treatment instrument group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of blood lipids, blood glu-cose,and uric acid indicators in the treatment instrument group were lower than those in the medication group(P<0.05).The levels of liver function indicators in the treatment instrument group were lower than those in the medication group(P>0.05).The total effec-tive rate of the control group was 51.60%,with a total of 16 cases;the total effective rate of the medication group was 71.00%,with a total of 22 cases;the total effective rate of the treatment instrument groupwas90.32%,witha total of 2 curedcases and26 effec-tive cases;the total effective rate of the treatment instrument group was significantly higher than that of the control group and the medi-cation group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of MetS and NAFLD provides good feedback on the efficacy of HD liver disease treatment equipment.
