Abstract:Objective To analyze the risk factors of recurrent persistent human papillomavirus(HPV)infection in women. Methods According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,1050 female patients with recurrent persistent HPV infection who re-ceived treatment in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a recur-rent group and a non-recurrent group according to whether they had recurrent persistent HPV infection.Differences in age, education level,HPV subtype, time of first sexual intercourse, frequency of sexual intercourse, and time of first delivery were compared be-tween the recurrent group and the non-recurrent group in a total of 21 aspects, and Logistic regression analysis and principal compo-nent analysis were used to analyze the risk factors for recurrent HPV infection.Results(1)Univariate analysis of the influencing factors of recurrent persistent HPV infection showed that there were significant differences in HPV subtypes, time of first sexual inter-course,frequency of sexual intercourse, mode of delivery, reproductive health status of sexual partners,HPV infection of ex-wives(multiple partners),vaginal immunity status and contraceptive measures between the two groups(P<0.05);(2)according to the results of principal component analysis, four principal components were extracted, and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 81.410%;18 indicators such as HPV subtypes, time of first birth, reproductive health status of sexual partners, vaginal immune status, mode of delivery, and contraceptive measures were used as the first principal component, time of first sex, vaginal epithelial morphology, and history of smoking were used as the second principal component, the level of sex hormones was used as the third principal component, and age and sex hormone level as the fourth principal component;(3)taking whether recurrent persistent HPV infection occurred or repeated recurrence as the dependent variable and the four extracted principal components as the independent vari-ables,the regression equation was fitted to obtain the standardized regression equation:lgY=0.381-0.491×X1-0.143×X2+0.587×X3-0.173×X4.Conclusion Through principal component analysis, four principal components were extracted from the risk factors for recurrent persistent HPV infection and recurrent HPV infection, including HPV subtypes, time of first delivery, reproductive health status of sexual partners, vaginal immunity status, time of first sexual life and other factors. It provides comprehensive theoreti-cal support for reducing the incidence of recurrent persistent HPV infection.
